PROBLEMS WITH STUDENTS

For each request in urbanpro I have to spend 10 coins ,I have to pay for the coins, it’s not free.

Even though I don’t demand payment from students on time ,even they are not punctual ,wanted few extra topics which are not in my  list ,even they payless, even they will not reply back after few classes ,I’m still training them  no matter what .I  will keep my promise which I agree at the time of discussion with student .

When I started teaching I thought students are very frank n innocent as me

But   I wanted to change myself from now on its been too long but society teaches you more .

Problems I faced and still facing with different kind of students as an online trainer

Time pass students :

Some guys wanted to check what is fee (payment details) duration etc.. and will not ping/reply  further.

Looking for only job   

These type of guys already they lean somewhere and they will ping us if we can provide job to them in any way like proxy .,reference ...etc..

Less pay:

Students want to learn course in very less price and even if we agree they have their demands like they will come up with new topics which are not part of main course.

Nonpayment type:

These type of guys will listen to class for free for few days , make some excuses and when time come to pay they will escape .

I always wanted to ask them to pay before I start actual class but i can’t treat everyone same

Irregular Students:

Students will not attend regularly as per the scheduled, no punctuality at all

Duration:

Some students have problem with duration if it’s more than 30 hours .

I don’t understand why they think like that, if we are spending more time we can learn new things and even more in depth.

Egoistic  waste fellows:

Few think that they know everything and they wanted to test trainer skills.

Sorry I cant say bad words here but for them we have many words from dictionary.

Job Support :

These are more cunning fellows as they are working on same technology and just wanted to solve the real time issues which they are facing,

Since for this kind there is thing called job support which already exists separately, but they know it may cost more so they will think taking new course and during course they try to get the answers for their issues.

Job seekers:

Few think that learning course will get them job immediately.

Guys first try to learn it properly then upload your resume attend interview n  get job, there is process for everything just follow it

 Funny students:

Yes ,really funny  ,after we discuss about topics duration n fee structure (online course) they will say they don’t have laptop/desktop/system and do they need to buy it ,I came across  few of this kind

Other course :

Some of them they want to get advice which course is good in the market what should they learn.
